AKTO started the implementation of “AKTO export development project.“

AKTO started the implementation of  “AKTO export development“ project according to operational program for EU Structural Funds Investments for 2014-2020 which is based on priority 3 “Competitiveness support of small and medium-sized businesses“ implementation instrumentality No. 03.2.1-LVPA-K-801 “New opportunities LT“.

The main objective of the project – stimulation of AKTO competitiveness and development of production volumes through new export connections and stronger image of the company’s products in foreign markets.

During the implementation of this project, it is planned to participate in three international exhibitions, where potential clients and partners will be able to learn more about products manufactured by the company, technologies used in the process of making them and other characteristics of the goods. Customers will be introduced to AKTO range of products and tendencies. Presently about 70% of the AKTO products are being exported to Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Slovakia, Germany and the Netherlands. After the participation in exhibitions, it is planned to expand export markets to the Baltic and Scandinavian countries and also the USA. Export is expected to double.

In order to remain competitive and adaptable to the market changes, the company has to expand its export markets and search for new customers.

The total value of the project is 30974,00 euros. 50% of all the project value is funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

The project is scheduled to end on 31st December 2020.

 

AKTO started the implementation of “E-business solutions implementation and aplication in AKTO“

AKTO started the implementation of “E-business solutions implementation and aplication in AKTO“ project according to operational program for EU Structural Funds Investments for 2014-2020 which is based on priority 3 “Competitiveness support of small and medium-sized businesses“ implementation instrumentality No. 03.3.1-LVPA-K-806 “E-business LT”.
The main goal of the project – to increase the company’s productivity and competitiveness by implementing an electronic production management system.
In order to continue expansion and ensure high product quality in the least possible time, the company will implement a production management system that will modernize the management of production processes and optimize the production process itself.
The total value of the project is 50810,00 euros. 60% of all the project value is funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
The project is scheduled to end on 1st April 2017.
